The 2025 edition of the Wildlife Ranger Challenge culminated in race day on Saturday September 20. And what a day it was!

The climax to the Wildlife Ranger Challenge was a celebration of the incredible effort that the ranger teams put in on Race Day and throughout the training challenges leading up to it. The event, which spanned Africa, featured approximately 2,000 wildlife rangers, carrying full fit and weighted packs, across 21km of tough terrain. We will bring the full update on results across the teams running solo or at one of the many regional hub events in due course.

And of course, thank you to those of you who have donated to these wonderful conservation heroes. Donations are still open and the match-fund is still in place, through our founding donor Mark Scheinberg and other funding partners to double your donation.
